In Stock:  Items will be shipped out in two-four days after receipt of your order.

Temporarily Out of Stock:  Items will be shipped out in two weeks after receipt of your order.  These items are not in stock but use fabrics that we purchase regularly.  If we determine a Temporary Out of stock fabric is no longer available we will inform you immediately and ask for a new selection.

Out of Stock:  Fabric for this item may not be available.  If you request this item we will try to find the fabric or something very similar.  You will be sent a photograph of the fabric for approval before the item will be made up.  Anticipate 4 weeks for Out of Stock items.  DO NOT PAY IN ADVANCE for Out of Stock items.  Please email us with your request.

Special Orders:  If we need to locate and purchase a custom specified fabric please anticipate 4-6 weeks before shipping out.  You can contact us at any time to check on the status of your special order.  If we are unable to locate the fabric you want we will inform you immediately.

ALL ORDERS require full payment at time of ordering.

All pillow covers will be mailed in a padded envelope or box depending on size of order.

We use standard ground UPS or US Postal Service for all shipping. 

Shipping Charges for International orders will be determined per order.

Returns

We want you to be 100% satisfied with our product.  If you are not satisfied with your purchase and want to return any item(s), please mail back to us in the original mailing package. Returns must be received by us WITHIN 30 DAYS from the date it was shipped out to you to receive a full refund of the purchase price (less any special shipping and handling fees).  Orders mailed back to us after the 30 days period will incur a 25% re-stocking fee.

Custom Leather Orders

We offer custom ordering for our leather pillows and table runners at no additional labor charge.  Please email us with the information requested (see Table Runners page or Leather page).
